On-location Accommodation at UBC Point Grey, Vancouver
The following accommodation types are available for ICBF 2026 at the Point Grey, Vancouver Campus of the University of British Columbia. These accommodations combine the city’s most spectacular views and location with the best value and variety of rooms possible. On-campus accommodation also offers the convenience of being in close proximity to the meeting events and other delegates.

West Coast Suite
$314 CAD per night
Private suite with king bed in a separate bedroom, queen sofa bed in living room. Private washroom, living area with flat-panel TV, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, wireless internet, complimentary coffee, and in-room safe. Rate is for single or double occupancy. Maximum 4 guests per suite.
Gage Signature Studio
$225 CAD per night
Studio with queen bed. Private washroom, sitting area with phone and flat-panel TV, fully-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, wireless internet and complimentary coffee. Maximum 2 guests per studio. Located in Orca House.
Gage Studio
$215 CAD per night
Studio with queen bed. Private washroom, sitting area with phone and flat-panel TV, fully-equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, wireless internet and complimentary coffee. Maximum 2 guests per studio. Located in the Gage Apartments.
Premium Single
$89 CAD per night
Private bedroom with single bed in four-bedroom apartment. Guests share a washroom, lounge with flat-panel TV, breakfast bar and equipped kitchen. Wireless internet and complimentary coffee is included. Limited housekeeping services offered. Located in the Gage Towers.
Orchard Semi-Private
$168 CAD (Full Unit Price)
Semi-private two bedroom unit, each bedroom has a single bed, with shared washroom (with shower) between the two rooms. Multi-level floor lounges offer seating, fridge, sink, and microwave. Complimentary WiFi. Buildings are equipped with elevators. Rooms do not have air conditioning. Located in the Orchard Commons Residence building. Price listed is for a two bedroom unit with one person per room ($84 per room). Please be sure to add the name of the delegate you would like to share the unit with. If you do not have a preferred roommate, we will do our best to match you with another conference delegate of the same gender. If you prefer not to share the unit, please indicate this in the comments; however, you will be responsible for the full cost of the two‑bedroom unit.
