Your registration includes:

- Conference Welcome Reception on July 12, 2026 at Alumni Centre Jack Poole Hall
- Poster Sessions on July 13, 2026
- Conference Dinner on July 16, 2026 at The Nest Great Hall
AFS Members: Members of the Physiology section of the American Fish Society should select one of the two AFS options below. Kindly note that membership will be confirmed following registration. If you have any questions about the status of your membership, you may email Kelly Kotche.

REGISTRATION DESK INFORMATION
Registrations will take place at the Walter H Gage building, the Robert H. Lee Hall Alumni Centre, and Woodward Instructional Resources Centre. You may pick up your delegate badge and kit at the ICBF Registration Desk during the times outlined below.

- Walter H. Gage Lobby: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
- Jack Poole Hall, Alumni Centre: 5:30- 8:30pm
- July 13: Woodward Instructional Resources Centre (IRC): 8:00am – 4:00pm
- July 14: Woodward Instructional Resources Centre (IRC): 8: 30am – 4:30pm
- July 15: Woodward Instructional Resources Centre (IRC): 8: 30am – 3:30pm
- July 16: Woodward Instructional Resources Centre (IRC): 8: 30am – 3:30pm

Cancellation Policy – Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to registration@housing.ubc.ca. Cancellations received on or before May 10, 2026 are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a $35 administrative fee. Cancellations received between May 11, 2026 and June 10, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 11, 2026. Refund requests may take up to 10 business days to process.
